What is POP! By SNOWDAY?
POP! is an indoor immersive experience conceptualized by the creative team at SNOWDAY, based in Dallas. Guests navigate their way through an explorable adventure of imaginative photo ops, enchanted rooms, interactive spaces, and nostalgic moments and pose for the photo booths integrated throughout the exhibit.
Where do I buy tickets? Can I buy tickets at the door?
We recommend purchasing tickets online ahead of time on our ticketing page. To allow for a seamless experience, tickets are limited quantity per 30 min time slot. If there are no more tickets for a certain time slot, that means the time slot is sold out. You can also purchase tickets in person if they are not sold out.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes one-time access to our incredible POP! exhibit, awesome photo ops, and an adventure like you’ve never experienced. Photos from our integrated cameras are delivered digitally to your phone for free! You also get the opportunity to shop at our gift shop for photo prints and exclusive merchandise.
How long does it take to go through the POP! exhibit?
It’s at your own pace, but we’ve designed the experience to be about an hour to an hour and a half.
Can I take photos?
Absolutely! We are incredibly excited about all of the uniquely different photos that you will take at POP! Explore and take as many photos as you would like. We also have seven integrated photo booths with professional cameras and lighting to capture carefully-curated moments that you can share digitally for free, or print in our gift shop.
How are you keeping guests safe from COVID-19?
Keeping our guests safe is our top priority. With our COVID-19 safety strategies, we aim to ensure your safety and peace-of-mind as you enjoy POP! without compromising fun. This means high-frequency cleanings, face mask requirements (except when taking photos), entirely touch-less photo booths, and a space twice as big that’s designed to allow distance between each group of guests. How much are tickets?
Tickets start at $22 for adults and $8 for children ages 4-12. Children 3 and under get in free. We also offer VIP tickets as well as discounted tickets for seniors and active military. See our ticketing page for detailed ticketing information.
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets are delivered via mobile, print-at-home, or will-call with matching ID.
How early should I arrive?
We ask that you please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time.
Can we return or exchange tickets?
Except in cases where illness or exposure to COVID-19 prevents a guest from attending, all sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable. However, if you wish to change from your chosen timeslot, you can exchange your tickets for another time slot, pending availability. To do so, please contact us at
Where is POP! located?
We are located inside The Galleria Dallas, at the NE corner of Interstate 635 and the Dallas Tollway. We’re on Level 1 (Ground Level) right next door to GRAND LUX!

Where do I park?
Free parking is available in surface lots and parking garages at the Galleria.
Are there restrooms at POP!?
Is POP! wheelchair accessible?
All of our exhibit’s installations meet ADA standards, and are accessible via wheelchair.
Can I bring my stroller in?
We are pleased to accommodate strollers. You may leave them at the entrance to the exhibit or bring them into most spaces throughout the exhibit.
What age is POP! appropriate for?
POP! is appropriate for all ages. Children ages three and under enjoy free admission!
Can I bring my dog?
The Galleria's general pet policy is that small dogs that are carried in their owners arms or bag are allowed. Also be on the lookout for POP! Wednesday Wag pet nights!
